I know its so 1990's but I got a pair off of ebay for $50 and am reliving my childhood!!
Main reason i got them was for the workout of using them. I don't know if you guys know but around this time last year I was a big fat guy, weighing in at 325ish lbs. I decided to go on a diet and am now down around 240ish lbs. Been eating the right foods and trying to get a ton of exercise and man it feels great. I'll have to snag a pic and post it
These blades are really helping me alot.
Do you guys do any stuff like that , bike, skateboard ect?

Good for you Green, it takes a big person (ignore the pun) to decide that they can lose weight if they really try, and not doing it the lazy way of surgery or one of these 'lose weight while you sleep' fads. Truly the only way to lose weight and maintain it is eating the right foods and exercising regularly, much respect man! So many obese people in the UK get a gastric band, a fair few on the NHS, meaning that the good old tax payer gets to pay for these people who are too lazy and not working to lose the weight they themselves piled on! May seem extreme my views, it's a personal annoyance. And to back up my point, exhibit A... uk.news.yahoo.com/50st-teenager-cut-free-home-000407616.html To answer your question, between work and Ps3 time, I try to stay as active as I can. I used to be a member of a gym, but that got too expensive, and I used to play football a lot for a local side before I injured my knee too badly. I can still run and cycle, but can't really strain myself too much or my leg locks up.

Yeah those operations are bullshit, I figure this: Didn't take any shorcuts to get fat, eating fast food and playing PS3/2/1 made me fat Won't take a shortcut to get fit.
Its hard but you feel a greater sense of accomplishment even after only 5lbs or so. Your body responds and you feel great. It's nice to be able to tie my shoes and not have to hold my breath (Yes my gut was huge so it was an ordeal to tie my shoes.)
I still crave horrible foods but I reason with myself, you want some pizza? Give me 2 hour of hard activity to justify those empty calories. Then I don't feel bad eating a couple slices.

You can definitely see the difference, especially around the neck area. I also see you've grown out your mohawk, ha.
